We collect the personal data necessary to fulfill orders, which are provided to us by the customers themselves.
In most cases, this is contact information, such as your name, telephone number, e-mail address and home address.

We keep the data for the time necessary to pursue the aforementioned purposes or to comply with legal obligations. After this period, we delete them.
How do we ensure data protection?
Compatibly with industry standards, we take appropriate technical and organizational security measures to ensure that all processed information is protected from unauthorized access. All data concerning you as a private subject will be stored within the European Union. Only a limited number of employees will be able to access it, to perform strictly regulated management duties.

You have the right to know what we do with your personal data, when and how we process it, and for what purpose. Furthermore, you have the right to access your information and to request its portability, rectification or deletion.
Right of access
Once every calendar year and free of charge, you can request information on the data in our possession, the purposes of the processing and the source from which we received them.

In order to be able to locate your personal data and send it to you, we need your name, your social security number, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We also ask you to provide the email address you want us to send the information to and the password to open the compressed file containing the exported data.
To ensure that no one else apart from you can access it, it is important to include, in addition to your signature, a copy of a valid identity document.
Right of rectification
We are responsible for ensuring that the data we process is always correct and up-to-date. However, if you find that your personal data is inaccurate, you have the right to ask for it to be rectified; furthermore, taking into account the purposes of the processing, if you consider them incomplete you can request their integration.
It will be our task to communicate any rectification made at your request to all those who are in possession of the information. This obligation lapses in the event that its fulfillment proves impossible or involves excessive effort. Upon request, we can provide you with more details about who received the corrected data.
Right of cancellation
We will keep your data for as long as you remain our customer. Once our relationship has ended, we will delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer (for example, the Swedish accounting law provides for this).
As a customer, you will have the right to contact us and request the deletion of your personal data at any time. This cancellation is mandatory in the following cases:
• if the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and processed;
• if the processing is based exclusively on your consent and you choose to revoke it;
• if the data are processed for direct marketing purposes and you decide to oppose such processing;
• if you object to the processing of personal data for balancing needs of interests, and there are no legitimate bases that prevail over your interests;
